  • How it runs16 weeks in three phases: 1 week of planning, 4 weeks of preparation and 11 weeks of work on live deals. About 2-3 hours a week.
  • What you end up withA go-to-market plan, demo environments and stories your team keeps, and presales help on real opportunities.

Knowing the product is not the same as selling it.

Months disappear into licensing questions, training portals and demo setups, and the opportunities you already had go quiet in the meantime.

  • Licensing complexity slows proposals
  • Generic demos fail to create buy-in
  • Training stays disconnected from live deals

A presales colleague who works on your actual deals.

We make the plan together, get your team comfortable with the product, and then sit next to you on the opportunities you are working on right now.

  • One plan aligned to your market
  • Reusable assets your team keeps
  • Practical support on real customer pursuits

Three phases, one clear line from plan to first deals.

We start by agreeing the plan, spend a month getting the team ready, then work side by side on live opportunities.

“We stopped treating Dynamics as a future capability and started having credible customer conversations. The structure gave our team the confidence to move opportunities forward.”

“The difference was having an experienced partner in the room while the deals were live. We built repeatable presales habits and a much stronger foundation for growing the team.”

No. Most teams we work with come from other ERP (enterprise resource planning) or CRM (customer relationship management) products, or are starting fresh. We set the plan from where you are today and the customers you want to reach.

Plan for about 2-3 hours a week: a working session plus some preparation in between, and extra time when you prepare a live deal. We set the pace around your team and your live deals, with a check-in every second week once selling starts.

Usually a commercial lead, a presales or solution lead, and one or two people who will drive this internally. Having management involved early makes a real difference.

We talk through your goals, what your team can do today, and the market you are aiming at. If it looks like a fit, we agree scope, who takes part and a start date.
